Cut away some of the flat surface next to the hull. Three was not enough height to stack.

Shelve put in, small piece of sail clots to hold things in place, and bucket in its hole.

Added a manual purchase to the running backstays and replaced the heavy blocks with ferules.

Bought a new-to-me used 3.5 HP two-stroke engine on Ebay. Much lighter. Also moved the engine mount.

Replaced the small blocks for the running backstay tails with ferules as well.
